Once a question is posted, it is put into a file containing all of the other questions received for that day. Eventually, one of our scientists here will answer the question in that file.
When a question is posted, it is also added to the global list of questions. This monster list is created so everyone can immediately see all of the questions that have been asked. You can jump right to a particular question just by clicking on it.
